Because our product formulation resists heat and UV irradiation absorption and maximises durability, we guarantee against structural degradation in high natural UV environments.

Manufacturing Defects Warranty – 8 Years
Our raw material suppliers and contact injection moulders are certified to ISO 9001. Because we use high quality raw materials and production techniques, we guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions & Conditions

Our warranty excludes damage arising from:

• ‘fair wear and tear’
• failure to follow relevant installation, maintenance or usage instructions and advice
• improper use, including use at extreme temperatures without cooling (water fogging)
• minor fading of colours other than white.

The following conditions apply:

• product must be purchased from Skitrax™ or an authorized agent
• any claim must include:

o a copy of original invoice and all associated documentation
o evidence of failure, including samples
o full details of installation and application
o any other evidence required by us

• unless authorised by Skitrax™ this warranty is valid only to the original purchaser, is not transferable and is only applicable to the first installation of the product
• liability is restricted to the value of replacement or refund and consequential or incidental damages are expressly excluded under this warranty
• repair, replacement or refund will be pro-rated, determined by the number of years remaining on the warranty and the length of the warranty.
